PRICES AND BOOKING CONDITIONS

THE PRICES of the rooms shown below are valid for the 2019 season and they INCLUDE, in addition to breakfast: Wi-Fi in the common areas, parking in the farm, air conditioning and heating, daily room reordering, bed linen and towels, hairdryer , hand soap and shower-shampoo, the use of bikes in the farm (depending on availability), the use of a common kitchenette with a small refrigerator (according to availability), the use of the washing machine (subject to availability).
The daily room cleaning service does not include the daily change of bed linen, which is carried out, for stays longer than 4 nights, on the 5th day.
It is possible to request extra bed linen change at an additional cost of € 10.00 for each set. As for towels, you can request the change if necessary.

CHILDREN from 0 to 2 years do not pay if they sleep with their parents or in the baby cot. It is possible to request a baby cot for your child, without any additional cost (depending on availability).
With the exception of the baby bed, it is not possible to add extra beds in the rooms.

CHECK-IN can be from 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm. The farm does not have a 24-hour reception, therefore it is necessary to communicate in advance the ARRIVAL TIME and any changes. LATE CHECK-IN AFTER 11.00 pm involves an EXTRA COST of 30 €.
CHECK-OUT must take place before 11.00 am.
LATE CHECK-OUT: the room must be left within 11.00 am, with a maximum tolerance of one hour, to be agreed in advance with the structure. It is however always possible to leave your luggage in custody until departure and use the common areas.
Upon payment of a supplement (equal to 50% of the daily rate applied), and subject to verification of availability, you can have the room until 7.00 pm.

BREAKFAST is included in the price of the room and is served in the dining room, à buffet, from 8,00 am to 10,00 am from Monday to Friday and from 8.30 am to 10.30 am on Saturdays, Sundays and other public holidays. Any need to anticipate the time indicated must be notified in advance and agreed with the structure. In any case, we do not serve breakfast before 7.30 am.
It is very important for us to be informed in advance in case of ALLERGIES and / or FOOD INTOLERANCE.

Our KITCHEN is open for dinner only for our guests and only on RESERVATION (at least one day in advance). Therefore, if you are interested in having dinner in our farm, please, let us know before you arrive. Our kitchen is closed on Sundays.

For the price of meals, cooking classes and extra services, we ask you to write to us and indicate your needs. We will inform you about availability and prices.

Finally we remind you that it is strictly forbidden to consume meals inside the rooms and it is also strictly forbidden to smoke in the rooms or in the common covered areas.

BOOKING CONDITIONS. In case you decide to stay with us, to see confirmed your booking, you will be asked to pay an ACCOUNT equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay. In the event that the reservation is made for only one night, you will have to pay in advance the full cost of the stay. The methods of payment and the expiry of your OPTION will be indicated by email.

In case of CANCELLATION, we will proceed to the repayment of the deposit paid only if the notice of cancellation has been received 14 days before the scheduled arrival date. The cancellation made subsequently, even partially, or the no-show, will determine the application of a PENAL equal to 100% of the deposit, which will be retained in full.

The BALANCE can be made at check-out, by cash or credit card (Visa/Mastercard) and debit card.
